Eastwicke Farms Homeowners Association

Eastwicke Farms is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Stow.  With 191 total lots, the fully residential neighborhood covers approximately 115 acres of land.  There are 3 total ponds in the development, with the main pond featuring a lighted fountain, flag pole, book exchange, fishing, and a beautiful all brick sitting area for all to enjoy.  The bike and hike trail borders the west end of the association.

A social committee holds annual events for children and adults.  Some events include a community garage sale, Easter egg hunt, bike parade, St Patrick’s day party, progressive dinner, and more.
